I was very satisfied with this product. The size of the mushroom pieces was large, and they are very clean and re-hydrate beautifully. I thought the quality was much better than those I found in my local super market.

By happygolucky FYI- These don't have preservatives and need to be kept in freezer. Very happy with purchase. These are very expensive in my area. AMAZING in wild mushroom risotto and mushroom soup. I have not tried other dried mushrooms sold on amazon, so I don't know how they compare. Will probably buy again when I run out, if the price is good.

By Marlboro4413 What a disappointment! Really bad quality. Only bits & pieces, no whole or half mushroom. Does not re-hydrate well at all. Do not buy!
