Preparation
Do not waste this product as a salad dressing. This is the perfect addition to a fine aged cheese, or fresh strawberries, melon and proscuitto, or drizzled around an entree before serving.

This vinegar is so deicious that you absolutely do NOT need to use any salad dressing..........just the vinegar. It's very sweet and a bit thick and if you want to mix it with dijon mustard and splenda it's even better. Great way to diet.....no oil needed on your salad....It's very pricey, but worth it.

This is a wonderful tasting vinegar. It's thick and sweet and you can actually enjoy it by the spoonful. Great over cheese and salads just by itself.
