The big boys' choiceNov 18, 2010
By Susan Kryger
"Tea and Books"
This is both glorious and a work horse. This is affordable, not precious, and this is the one the big boys use, Mario, Eric, that calibre of big boys. I cook with it, use it in vinaigrettes, roast with it, rely on it for everything. This is the one you want right next to your stove for all sorts of cooking, roasting, finishing. You get the idea. I haven't a penny to spare these days, but this is one of things I won't compromise on.

I could drink this...Aug 22, 2011
By Helen MS This is totally delicious. Grassy, kind of peppery, kind of floral. Everything an olive oil should be. Somewhat spendy, but I'm worth it!

Be careful to check SIZE on ordering page!!Oct 26, 2011

"Just the facts please"
Some of these Frantoia Barbera say 1 liter on the description page, then change to 500 ml on the add to cart page, so watch that, because the price is the same! That aside, this EVOO is the FINEST you'll ever taste! Worth every penny, use it for drizzling and dipping, never for cooking - there are lots of good olive oils for cooking - so savor every DROP of Barbera Siciliani Unfiltered Olive oil Di Casa, 34-Ounce right from the bottle!

I LOVE this olive oil!!Apr 25, 2011
By W. Poulos This olive oil is so good I use it for everything... cooking eggs, making popcorn, making salad dressing. I even use a TBS on a baked potato instead of butter or margarine... it's that good. I use it for everthing except frying and that is only because of the expense. It is a bit expensive but so worth it. I've been using this oil for a couple years now and would not consider using anything else. Try it... it will not dissapoint!!
