Best olive oil imaginableMay 24, 2009

"Olive Oil Freak"
We were introduced to Siciliani olive oil by Chef Bettancourt at his excellent restaurant, "62 on Wharf" in Salem, Ma. It is the best I've had in over 40 years of dining, but difficult to find in local stores (thus we are delighted to order from Amazon). Believe me, you will never regret buying this product! Dip your bread into a little bowl of Siciliani, and WOW!, what a taste.

Best dipping oil everFeb 27, 2011
By gmillar Like the reviewer from Marblehead, I learned of this oil from 62 on Wharf restaurant in Salem MA. I just echo what he said. This is the best dipping oil ever. Doesn't need anything added to it.

Did not like at all........Nov 22, 2011
By Diana Robinson I'm sorry but in contrast to the other rave reviews for this product, I did not like it at all! I purchased several e.v. olive oils and this one was most disliked by both my husband and myself. We tasted it alone and with some fresh bread for dipping and we each experienced a funny feeling inside our mouths and a dry scratchiness to our throats that made us cough. This has no place in my kitchen. Sorry Siciliani :)

A smooth, earthy oil with a peppery finish - superb!Nov 02, 2011
By Faith This is a good alternative to the Frantoia oil - a little less expensive and eligible for Prime shipping. It's perfect on bread, cheese, fish, soup, or salad.

This is an excellent olive oil, with a tinge of spice. Ideal for dipping, salads, and pasta. Will certainly buy it again.
