Tried something new and loved it.Nov 16, 2008
By Justin Mowrey My wife and I both really enjoyed this EVOO and plan to purchase more in the future. As the product states it does have a 'grassy' taste to it and that's part of what we loved about it. Dont let that put you off. Its wonderful for using as a base for dipping bread, etc. Quite good!

These people were wonderful.....they took us on a private tour of this small but awesome facility. We tasted various olive oils and they were all great !! If you want the best, buy Castelas Olive Oil.

By Olive oiler This oil has a wonderful fresh green taste. You can tell the olives were picked and pressed quickly without time to sit and ferment.Great drizzled on hot pasta or just on toasted crusty bread with a little sea salt. It has enough flavor to stand on its own!
