By K. Montgomery I thought that the price was steep. However, I had pear infused balsamic vinegar while staying in Florida and I couldn't find it anywhere locally. This is truly delicious stuff. We had it drizzled over buffalo mozzarella with sliced tomatoes and basil. We then had it on salad with toasted pecans. It elevated both dishes. The taste is smooth and a touch fruity with depth to it. And best of all... you can use it sparingly and still get a lot of flavor. When we do run out... I will be buying more.

This is better than I imaged it would be. Gentle sweetness of pear mixed perfectly with the tanginess of the vinegar. I love this vinegar.
