Try it before knocking itSep 03, 2010
By David P. Robinson I was served this olive oil in a tiny bottle as a salad dressing on a plane going from Madrid to Istanbul. I thought it was one of the best olive oils I ever tasted. I asked the attendant about it and he agreed very much about its quality. It is a Spanish olive oil and has a particularly refreshing taste. If you want a peppery or strong tasting oil, this is not for you. Apparently, one can buy it in the local markets in Spain, but I don't live in Spain and have not found it in the markets here. The price may be slightly high but the product is worth it. As a point of interest most Italian olive oils are made from either Greek or Spanish olives.
