This La Florentine was not as good as that of Bellino Panettone, Traditional Italian Cake, 2-Pound Boxes (Pack of 2)which i also purchased at Amazon.
This actually cost more than was worth compared to the other brand,Bellino which i had bought.
La Florentine would provide far more satisfaction if it knew to not become so cheap with its limited amount of raisins inside.
It is more fluffier than others,but fluffy does not substitute for taste.
Personally,i will not order La Florentine again while Bellino is still offered.
Amazon also should lower the price of La Florentine away from its 16 plus dollars to about 13 dollars since Bellino is being sold for 15 plus dollars.
Why pay more for less taste?
You decide.

This Panetonne was like a feather light giant crossant like muffin with dried fruit. We loved them.

These were the perfect Panettone I've eaten. They were a little higher in price but I believe it was well worth it. The shipping was fast!!!!!!

this product has good cosistancy of fiber formula, well balanced seasonings distributed throughout, smooth flavor in each bite and very compatable with any entree.
