These are absolutely awesome in whole wheat (the flour content is not 100% whole wheat, but nutrient breakdown on label suggests a high proportion). They fracture if you look at them sideways. Even our local food trailblazers, the brilliant Fairway markets, have all but given up on the croccantini. Maybe not the stores outside Manhattan, but of the two here, one has stopped stocking them and the other puts them on an impossibly high shelf to prevent handling. I haven't tried buying them from Amazon yet for this reason. Although I've been a happy customer for many years, I can't help worrying that it would be too costly for Amazon to pack these crackers with the kind of TLC they require to prevent the customer receiving nothing but crumbs--as reviewer Stacy reports did happen, and she bought the 5.5 oz quantity that comes in boxes, not bags (see the page for that product)! Hoping braver customers than I will have positive shipping experience to share via reviews. Please do this right, Amazon--we count on you to help us with hard-to-find items!
