At a food show and it was wonderful. I thought it would be hard eating store bought after eating it. It was so flavorful that I could eat it without sauce. So, when I found it here, I ordered 7 lbs for gifts for Christmas and also served it for Christmas Eve dinner. Well, it was stale and I won't be buying it from here anymore. I guess that Amazon (or whoever) does not sell it often or something but it did not compare to what I got from the importer.

Best pasta I have ever had. Be careful once you taste this you will NOT be able to switch back to the cheap/regular stuff you get from regular pasta.
