Yummy for the taste buds and the tummy!Aug 17, 2011

Ok, so I went on a balsamic kick. I'm actually still on it. I purchased the Balsamic Glaze with Cherry to put on steak prior to putting it under the broiler. Add a little salt and pepper, six minutes on both sides... and presto... really good tasting steak. I also cooked pork chops with this glaze. Can you say yummolicious? The meal was truly tasty and I think it was largely due to this glaze. It was a good price and I couldn't find it at our local markets in this flavor.
Definitely will purchase again. Looking for new things to pour it on.
