I originally bought the glaze at a local produce store, but they stopped selling it. I'm so glad I found it on Amazon. I love this glaze, a balsamic vinegar reduction, so much that I've purchased many bottles of it and have given it to friends to enjoy. They, in turn, are now buying it. It's PERFECT on tomatoes and mozzarella. My personal favorite is the glaze with cherry, but I'm sure all varieties are equally as good. Verrrrry yummy!!
