By EmmaLouLiz I'd never heard of a white balsamic glaze so I had to try it. I'm not a gourmet chef by any stretch of the imagination so I'm still trying to figure out how to use it. Its lighter and milder in taste but still sweet. So far it has been a salad dressing but come summer I'm sure I'll figure out how to make the most of it!

By D. Stein I was told that white balsamic vinegar was a nice change in salad dressing. I'm not positive this is what I wanted. It was surprisingly sweet to me. It may be different from white balsamic vinegar because it is a "glaze" . I read other reviews and tried to see if this was what I had wanted. still not sure. I do mix this with olive oil and add seasoning and like the results but I go easy on the glaze as I don't like my salad dressing too sweet. It has a good flavor. If someone could inform me as to if this is the vinegar I wanted, I would appreciate it.
