We love this!Dec 20, 2009
By Thankfulformylife My husband and I love this! I usually caramelize Walla Walla sweet onions to mix in the cooked product. We have also added sauteed zucchini and chopped fresh tomatoes. I do not feel deprived being on a gluten-free diet when I can indulge in this. (And no it is not mac and cheese - and I don't believe it is meant to be!)

Not Kraft, but delicious & different...Dec 29, 2007
By Krista I bought Say Cheez on a whim - I am vegan and usually only use Road's End products to fulfil my Kraft kravings ... cravings. It's definitely not like Kraft nor Road's End, but there's something distinctly cheese-like about it and I found it to be delicious! I added both peas and broccoli and was pleasantly suprised to find that the cheese sauce was plentiful enough for all of the pasta, peas, and broc. I also must say, as my first time trying to cook gluten-free pasta on my own, this was painless and didn't crumble apart (like it could have). I gave it 4 stars, not quite perfect, but definitely a great treat (every once in awhile, for those of us on a budget).

need to eatSep 12, 2007
By olivia This smelled so good it drew a crowd in my newly wheat free kitchen ..everyone liked it from 40 -8.. It is not the creamy kraft mac and cheese, but it has a great smell and flavor, and we came back and bought more..

Not mac-n-cheese, but very good.Feb 21, 2009
By Andrea Dickson My daughter has a severe allergy to dairy, so we have tried a couple of products, trying to get close to macaroni and cheese. This was very easy to prepare, and while there wasn't a creamy sauce, the spice packet was very tasty. My picky but food-allergic 5-year-old, as well as my husband and I, really enjoyed this product. I got online today specifically to order this product.

Definitely NOT Mac & Cheese (not even close)Jun 10, 2008
By Desert Sunshine I received this product for free and was quite excited to try it out. I have a child who has a variety of food intolerances and Namaste brand products have been a Godsend to our family. Unfortunately this "Say Cheez" product is terrible and my child wouldn't touch it. Normally, this isn't a problem when my child tries new foods, but I couldn't even stomach it! It is NOTHING like mac & cheese. The sauce isn't even creamy?!?! Very disappointing.
