The Perugina Colomba Cacao is a unique Easter cake that is basically a combination of the widely celebrated Italian Christmas desserts of Panettone and Pandoro, but a chocolate twist on the whole thing. The traditional dough for this delicious Easter specialty has the added chocolate included and after the dough has been shaped and baked into a dove (colomba, in Italian), it is completely covered with shavings of dark chocolate.
