Zesty, wonderful. I want moreMay 05, 2011

I always buy Ragu, usually traditional. In constant need of sauce and tired of extra trips to the store, I grabbed these on sale and did Subscribe and Save. Delicious! Spices are more distinct and the tomato just tastes fresher. The whole family commented on how flavorful, and wanted to know what I had done differently. (I do touch up my Ragu with some sugar, extra pepper, and fresh basil leaves, then simmer for 20 minutes. I noticed this sauce needs less doctoring by me and is perfect for pizza as well as pasta.) This is now the new favorite. Must be everyone else's favorite. Is seems to be out of stock constantly. I do have my regular shipment, but I am always trying to get another delivery between shipments, and it's always out of stock. Bummer!

We got the 4 pack of these off of Amazon for a REAL low price.. it was about 2.00 a Bottle.. Which at walmart they are over 3. each so that is great IMO! I was worried about the flavor since we normally get the Mushroom one. But these taste like Homemade to me! They were Wonderful & are now a new favorite in the house! I also used them to make Lasagna & it turned out great as well! Highly recommend them! BTW they were NOT almost ready to expire... They still have till 2012!

... and its not that eww eww.
I know it is Ragu. Its best placed on a bagel to make a lil mini pizza when the buzz is making the buds not so foo foo.
I got a case of these and will probably purchase more. The price is excellent and this sauce is easily kicked up with things you have around the house. Living in SF city, no car... i would rather not haul $6 local jars of sauce on my back, thank you very much.
So I take a half a jar of this and kick in a splash of red vino, some oragano, maybe some sliced up veggies, mushrooms. Basically anything I find a block away at the local farmers market.
So thank you Ragu and thank you Amazon for aiding me in dinner and delivering this to my front door!

I love the bigger bottles, a bit over two jars from meijers in one of these, and I bought this pack of 4 for less than $9, so almost $1 per jar(if you count 1 jar to be 2). Which is a great price! The taste was excellent, and I prefer this to prego or other brands. Maybe one of these days I'll make my own spaghetti sauce that tastes amazing...but until then, I'll be buying ragu, all flavors, with out mushrooms of course =-).

I receive these via the subscribe program. This tastes so good and makes me eat pasta on a regular basis. I use it for shells, linguini, etc... The sauce is nice and thick also not watery like other brands. I know carbs are not that healthy but I cant resist! Subscribing also saves me some money since shipping is free and I pay less in bulk over purchasing individually.
