By Mrs.Calado My husband carries this at his restaurant. I've never had such a rich vinegar. The texture is slightly creamy with a sweet and tangy flavor. Great accompaniment to cheese (chunks of parmesan suggested). Delicious drizzle for fresh fruits (strawberries). Add a great olive oil (Zigolinis Cold Pressed Extra Virgin) and enjoy a leafy salad. A necessary piece for any kitchen.

By Tina Gulley The stores here in Anchorage seemed to have discontinued selling this so had to order here -- and pay $27.95 in shipping for 4 bottles that cost $39.96. Not cost effective to buy through mail, but sure look forward to pouring it over my Caprese salads.
