Great.. and thickOct 31, 2011
By Scotty It's not for cooking really, more for a salad dressing or lean chicken spread, because it's so thick. For cooking I use tradional bals vinegar.
Tasty and versatile!Jul 29, 2011
By DebbieT This lovely, thick, rich tasty sauce is just what I was hoping it would be! I'd tasted something similar in a very upscale restaurant and was captivated by the complex flavor - tart, sweet, tangy, savory all rolled up into one sauce - a small pleasure to enjoy daily!
I've used it as a salad dressing, sandwich "kicker upper", on fruit, cheese, fish and burgers. It just seems to enhance anything it graces. Try it. It's expensive, but as you only use a few drops of this intensely-flavored mixture at a time, it's an affordable little luxury!
