By Julie I purchased this pasta because it was rated as highly recommended by Cooks Illustrated. Once again, they were spot on. I wanted a pasta that was truly whole wheat, but still tasted good. It is wonderful. The flavor is truly delicious, and it cooks perfectly. I won't buy another pasta again!
