    GUSTOBENE currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover and AmericanExpress.

 

  1. When will my order arrive?
    Depending on which product you ordered, your product will ship in 1 to 3 business days via UPS Ground Service. Please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. However, our experience shows delivery times are usually considerably shorter.  We deliver to both residential and commercial addresses throughout the
    United States & Canada. We will not ship to mailing addresses that are P.O. Box locations. Additional shipping services can be arranged, please email us with your request. Additional charges will apply.

 

  1. Can I make changes to the delivery address?
    If you would like to make changes to the delivery address on your order please notify us as soon as possible. We will be happy to make any necessary changes as long as:

 

           (1.) the order has not yet been delivered; or

           (2.) the order is not in the process of being delivered.

 

          Once your gift order has been processed and is in transit, we will be unable to make any changes to the order.

  1. Is there sales tax on my order?
    Orders shipped to a
    Pennsylvania address will be charged a 6% sales tax.

 

  1. What are your basic shipping and handling charges?
    Our shipping and handling charges within the
    United States are calculated from your total sales, for example:

    Total Sales Orders      Shipping Charges
    Up to $40.00                    $7.50
    $40.01 and over              18% of total order

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?
    If you would like to cancel your order, please notify GUSTOBENE.com as soon as possible. We will be able to cancel your order as long as:

(1.) the order has not yet been delivered; or

(2.) the order is not in the process of being delivered.

Once your order has been processed and is in transit, GUSTOBENE will be unable to make any changes to the order.
