Lidia Matticchio Bastianich

Text Box: Lidia Matticchio Bastianich is the author of two previous books, La Cucina di Lidia and the best-selling Lidia’s Italian Table, as well as the host of two public television series, Lidia’s Italian Table and Lidia’s Italian-American Kitchen. She is the co-owner of three New York City restaurants—Felidia, Becco, and Esca—and gives lectures on Italian cuisine throughout the country. Ms. Bastianich lives on Long Island.  

 

Lorenza De Medici

Text Box: Lorenza de Medici has published more than 30 cookbooks. She has appeared in a 13-part series on Italian cooking for public television and conducts a cooking school at Badia a Coltibuono, an 11th-century estate and winery near the Chianti region of Tuscany. She divides her time between Milan and Badia a Coltibuono.  

 

Biba Caggiano

Text Box: Biba Caggiano is the author of Northern Italian Cooking, Modern Italian Cooking, and Leo Buscaglia's Love Cookbook with Biba Caggiano, From Biba's Italian Kitchen, and Italy alDente. Her cooking show, Biba's Kitchen, was seen on the Learning Channel, and she is the chef/owner of Biba's restaurant in Sacramento, California, where she lives.  

 

Michele Scicolone

She is the author of Savoring Italy, Pizza Any Way You Slice It! (coauthored with her husband, Charles, an Italian wine expert), A Fresh Taste of Italy, La Dolce Vita, and The Antipasto Table. She lives in New York City and visits Italy several times each year.
